1/ In Turkish, hava means air and su means water. Havasu?
2/ From Harper’s Weekly: Huseyin Kalkan, the mayor of Batman, Turkey, said that the town would sue Warner Bros. for a portion of the royalties from the movie “The Dark Knight.” “There is,” said Kalkan, “only one Batman.”

#3 reminded me of when my parents moved back to the US and the company expediter in Alex did not get things cleared to load. My mother stuff her bra with 20 and 50 piaster notes and headed for the docks. Everything got loaded. My father did comment in passing that perhaps it was time for her to live someplace that valued other skills.
